The Eastern Conference outgunned the West 163-155 in the 63rd edition of the NBA All-Star Game, with Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving picking up Most Valuable Player honors.

The East snapped a three-game losing skid and pushed its overall lead over the West to 37-26 thanks to the strong play of the 21-year-old Irving, who notched a double-double with 31 points and 14 assists.

2014 NBA All-Star weekend continued Saturday night with three events: the Skills Challenge, Three-Point Contest and Slam Dunk Contest.
Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard competed in all three events, defending of his Skills Challenge title.
Both West and East won the Saturday night and donated $250K to charity.
